            Considered  by us as the ultimate support package and is popular with our clients  as it allows easy budgeting and no surprises. This support  option provides a complete managed service for a single annual fee  based on your equipment.

            Support Option 2: Telephone  & Remote Access Support Contract 
            This  support option is also very popular with our clients as it gives the  majority of the benefits of a full support contact but offers a  little more flexibility; it gives you the option of paying for  on-site support on a pay-as-you-go basis charged at an hourly rate  plus parts. 
            This  support package includes the following: 
            
              - Unlimited telephone and remote access support

              - Telephone application software support for most office based software  products.
 
              - Regular remote system checks

            Support Option 3 : Pay-as-you-go Support 
            We  understand that some organisations feel unhappy about committing to  an annual contract especially if their IT requirements are small. We  are therefore happy to provide our expertise on an informal basis  charged at an hourly rate.  
            This  system is ideal for businesses that require occasional support but  want the benefit of working with an experienced trustworthy company  that they can rely on in an emergency.
