As part of our comprehensive service included with every system sold is a consultation service to determine the very best system for you, that’s within your budget and fulfils your needs. As your new system is designed specifically to meet your requirements you can be sure that you’re not paying for any extras you don’t need.

In addition we ensure that every system built uses industry standard components for total compatibility and easy maintenance. As we don’t hold huge levels of stock you can be sure that every component that goes into your new system will be current and not a collection of old stock.

We pride ourselves on a reliable service therefore we test every system for a minimum of 48 hours before they leave our workshop, except in exceptional circumstances. Often, servers are tested for much longer.

Our Comprehensive Warranties

With every system sold comes a comprehensive 1 year warranty that many suppliers just don’t give. If you have any problems both hardware and software related within the first year you can expect a responsive telephone support system, if the problem can’t be resolved with your initial call an experienced engineer will be sent out to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery & Installation Service

One of our friendly and experienced engineers will personally deliver your new system to your premises. They will unpack, set up and install your new system. This can involve connecting your new system to the network, configuring your desired settings, transferring your data or just simply connecting everything up depending on your requests. This will be carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to your business.

As part of the complete IT service we provide we will also set-up and install systems supplied by other vendors too.
