All our products come with a standard one year manufacturer’s warranty, if at anytime during the first year your product fails and is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you simply need to report the problem and arrange for the product to be either repaired or replaced.

Set-up & Installation Service

One of our friendly and experienced engineers, will personally deliver your new product to your premises at a time convenient to you. They will unpack the product, install and set it up. This can involve connecting your product to the network, configuring your desired settings or simply just wiring everything up. As each of our engineers are highly experienced this can be carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to your business.

As part of the complete IT service we provide we will also set-up and install items supplied by other vendors.
